The Foundation is governed by a board of volunteer trustees, representing local business, health care, education and the community.
Each member is appointed by the Queensland Governor in Council in conjunction with the Minister for Health. Two members of the board are Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service (GCHHS) employees.
The Foundation CEO is accountable to the board of trustees and the Foundation team report to the Foundation CEO.
